Brand Manager, Free Fly Apparel2017-2019

Managed brand across all platforms. Developed brand strategy for one of the fastest growing outdoor apparel companies in the industry. Led the execution of all digital content, assets, blog, brand copy direction, social media, conservation partnerships, trip sponsorships, and ambassador/influencer programs.

Micro Case Study:

Within a year and a half, I oversaw and managed over 40 photo shoots, developed a college ambassador program with over 120 engaged members, and a community loyalty program with 250 enrolled customers. 

Managed the strategy, production, asset management, and website integration for over 125 pieces of blog content.

Grew Free Fly's Instagram followers by over 45k.

Creative Director and Account Executive, RootsRated, 2013-2017

Created engaging and integrated marketing campaigns for outdoor brands and retailers, oversaw brand direction, in-store POP, trade show booths, ambassador management, conservation partnerships, and designed various collateral, presentations, and advertisements. Helped create one of the most successful website and mobile apps for outdoor travel and recreation discovery in North America. 

Micro Case Study:

Dubbed the “Fall In Love With The Outside Road Tour”, the campaign was created for Marmot and included over 22 in-store events held at top specialty outfitters across the country. I led the project that created a digital Road Tour micro-site that accompanied the events; this highlighted the route and provided resourceful and inspiring outdoor content. The marketing campaign included web design, social media marketing, conservation coordinating, retail activation, event planning, graphic design, photography, and video production. In 90 days, we raised over $20,000 for conservation efforts. I attended every event and didn't get one speeding ticket along the way. 

Worked with digital marketing team to grow RootsRated’s outdoor brand from 1.7M to 4.5M annual visitors in less than one year on minimal budget.

Oversaw specialty retail, influencer, and community marketing initiatives in 30+ cities that provided the backbone for the brand’s content, culture, and audience.

Overhauled sales outreach and prospecting program completely, with significant increases in engagement, conversion, and retention.
